Launchpad is Yukonstruct’s new program for founders who have a prototype that they are ready to take to market. This program offers expert mentorship, peer accountability, and a network to back you, all in one place.
What Is Launchpad?
You have something real, a prototype, an early build, an idea you’ve started putting into the world. Now comes the hard part: turning it into something market-ready.
Launchpad gives you a structured 12-month path, a small cohort of founders at the same stage, and dedicated mentor support to help take your product from prototype to paying customers.
This isn’t a lecture series or a checklist. It’s six working sessions across the year — built around your actual progress, plus the ongoing accountability to keep moving between sessions.

Most prototypes don’t fail. Their founders run out of road.
The gap between “I built something” and “I have customers” is where most founders get stuck. It’s not usually a product problem, it’s a momentum problem. No clear next step, no one to hold you accountable, no one who’s been there before to help you navigate.
Launchpad exists to close that gap. It gives you a structured path from prototype to market, a community that keeps you honest, and the support to push through the hard parts with confidence.
What You Get
1. Deep Dive Sessions
Six hands-on sessions across the year, not lectures, but real working time built around where you actually are. Topics include customer discovery, build and test, revenue modelling, marketing and sales, operations, and a dedicated finance and funding session to close the year.
2. Ongoing Mentor Support
Between sessions, you’ll have access to a dedicated advisor, someone who’s been in the trenches. Whether you hit a wall, need a gut check, or want to pressure-test a decision, you won’t navigate this alone.
3. Peer Accountability
A small, tight-knit cohort of 6–8 founders at the same stage. A shared space for wins, blockers, and honest conversations. The kind of accountability that actually keeps momentum alive between sessions.
4. Network Access
From experienced mentors to local entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners across Canada, Launchpad connects you to the people and resources that can move your business forward at every stage.

Do I have to be a Bootcamp graduate to apply?
Bootcamp graduates are prioritized, but we also welcome early-stage founders who are at a similar stage, working prototype in hand, ready for structured support to get to market.
What does “prototype” mean in this context?
It means you have something real in hand, it could be a working version, an MVP, or a build you’re actively developing. You’ve moved past the idea stage and are ready to put it in front of customers.
What’s the time commitment?
Six sessions over 12 months, plus asynchronous check-ins and optional one-on-ones with your advisor. Launchpad is designed to be high-value without taking over your life but you get out what you put in.
Is there a program fee?
Yes, there is a modest program fee to keep founders invested and the program sustainable. You will receive more information once you are accepted to the program.
What happens after Launchpad?
Founders who complete Launchpad have a natural pathway into the broader Yukon entrepreneurship ecosystem, with continued access to Yukonstruct’s network and resources as you grow.
