An Accelerated 8-Week Hybrid Program to Get Your Product to Market

Welcome to the Yukonstruct Food & Beverage Bootcamp — where culinary passion meets business know-how. This 8-week hybrid program is built for early-stage food and beverage entrepreneurs who are ready to take their product from kitchen to customer.

Our goal is simple: by the time you graduate, you’ll be selling — at the market, in stores, or through e-commerce. You’ll build essential business skills, get hands-on training in agro-food processing, and join a community of 90 entrepreneurs across 10 cohorts who’ve done exactly that.

Program Overview:

• Duration: May 20th – July 15th (dates subject to change)
• Format: Hybrid – a mix of in-person and online sessions designed to fit your life
• Focus: Consumer packaged goods (CPG) ventures ready to scale
• Support: Expert mentorship, customized workshops, and access to a network of industry professionals and like-minded entrepreneurs

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for driven entrepreneurs who:

• Are 0-3 years into their business
• Want to get their products into wholesale, grocery stores, convenience stores, or e-commerce
• Are working toward export-ready food and beverage products
• Are growth-oriented, collaborative, and coachable
• Can commit at least 8 hours per week, including work outside of sessions

Session Structure

• Introductory Sessions: In-person
• Wednesday Evening Sessions: Online, 5:30 – 8:00 PM
• Cost: $300 – subsidies are available. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to erin@yukonstruct.com and we’ll work something out. We don’t want finances to stand in the way.

How to Apply

• Application Open: April 3rd, 2026
• Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview mid-April
• Final Selections: Confirmed and communicated in late April
• Onboarding: May 2026
