Female Founder Club

A 10-week peer circle for women entrepreneurs who are past the startup stage and ready to grow with real support behind them.

With support from WeBC.

Running a business alone gets old.

Most women entrepreneurs in Yukon are doing this solo. There’s plenty of programming out there for people just getting started — but almost nothing for founders who are two or more years in and dealing with what comes next: managing a team, keeping cash flow steady, planning for growth, and staying motivated through the hard stretches.

Female Founder Club is built for exactly that stage.

This isn’t another workshop or info session. It’s a small, structured peer circle where founders bring their real, current challenges — and leave with practical input, fresh perspective, and a network they can actually count on.

How it works

9 weekly peer advisory sessions A group of 8 women entrepreneurs meets in person at Yukonstruct, 1.5 hours a week, for 9 consecutive weeks. Each session follows a peer advisory format: one founder shares what she’s working through, and the group brings solutions, questions, and support. Everyone in the room both gives and gets, every week.

1 closing community workshop The program wraps with a workshop open to a wider circle of female founders across Yukon. It’s a space to connect with women at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey, meet the current cohort, and find out how to join the next one.

Is this for you?

The peer circle is for women entrepreneurs who are:

  • Based in Yukon
  • Two or more years into running their business
  • Currently navigating real operational challenges
  • Ready to commit to the full 10 weeks

The closing workshop is open to female founders at any stage — you don’t need to be in the peer circle to attend.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A rotating peer advisory practice you can keep using long after the program ends
  • Real input on the challenges you’re facing right now
  • A trusted network of women who get what you’re building
  • Direct exposure to a wider community of Yukon founders at the closing workshop
