Maker Academy Weekend Sewing

Join Yukonstruct’s Weekend Sewing Maker Academy for a 6 – week Bootcamp to build your sewing skills and confidence. Throughout the course, you will learn the basics of sewing from a skilled instructor, how to use a domestic sewing machine, follow and adjust patterns and troubleshoot problems. Our project-based learning model gets you comfortable with sewing while making several projects to take home.

Projects:

Lugage tag, glasses case, fabric pouch, pillow cover, or makeup/art caddy (choose two)

Lined tote bag (with or without a zippered pouch)

Backpack, messenger bag, or purse (choose one)

Shirt or dress

Jacket

The $999.00 program includes:

18 hours of instruction by a highly-skilled instructor

2 months premium Makespace membership (24-hour access)

Access to skilled mentors to help with your project in between classes.

All supplies to complete the 6 projects are included in the price of the program

Classes are every Saturday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm from November 5th to December 10th
