Build a Prototype Northern Greenhouse!

Are you interested in owning a greenhouse designed for gardening in the north?
We’re looking for participants to test out a prototype greenhouse kit designed for use in northern settings, with heat sinks, automatic vents and insulated north faces.
YuKonstruct will be hosting a prototype assembly session on Saturday November 28 from 1pm to 5pm. Participants will provide feedback regarding required instructions, assembly problems and challenges and the space and equipment needed for assembly. After the assembly session, participants will have the opportunity to purchase the greenhouse kits for the cost of materials ($400-$600 depending on size)
Instructor: Bob Sharp has been offering courses on northern greenhouse design over the past 15 years and has been using greenhouses for more than 30 years in the Whitehorse area.
Cost of this prototype assembly session is free and includes all materials for an 8’x8′ greenhouse. Participants may own the green house for the cost of the materials if they wish. The cost of materials will range depending on size ($400-$600). Please register to indicate your attendance.
