Get started turning wooden bowls, vases and cups! This training session is designed to give an introduction to wood turning with the faceplate- including setup, chisels, setting up blanks and how to do simple spindle work. And of course safety and clean up.
About the instructor: Richard has used wood lathes for a long time and has done a variety of lathe work over the years mainly for pleasure. He’s looking forward to getting members trained on the lathe so that others can get working on projects needing spindle work.
