Session 1: Investor-Ready Roundtable(s)
Choose a morning or afternoon session (9-noon or 1:30-4:30pm)
What’s an Angel Investor? What do I need to do to become investor-ready? What lessons can I share to help grow a women investor ecosystem? Great questions!
Whether you are a woman who invests, a woman who is curious about investment, a woman who wants to make a local impact, diversify her portfolio, or just wants to learn and network, you should join us on February 21, and here’s why:
Both roundtable sessions will host brief presentations on local updates and national developments for women who invest or would-be investors. We will talk about the types of investment, finding opportunities, sharing experiences, how to join the conversation, opportunities, and/or barriers.
End your session inspired by new information, inspiration, and colleagues, and then join us for a Networking Mixer together with women entrepreneurs exploring becoming investment-ready!
Coming from a community? There is travel funding available for those looking to attend Session 1: Investor-Ready Roundtable. Call Patti to inquire: 867-334-2522.
Session 2: Workshop & Roundtable for Entrepreneurs
If you have a business or business idea, this session is for you!
In the workshop, we’ll go over what capital is, and financial options like self-funding, loans, funding, and investment. The goal is to understand how and when these options can shape the future of your business.
For the roundtable, expect an interactive discussion where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, talk about learning and mentorship needs, and what other support you might need to consider investment in your company.
Join us to gain valuable insights and understand the options available to Yukon businesses.
Session 3: Mixer Networking Night
With your fresh new knowledge, ideas, and questions from Sessions 1 & 2, take the opportunity to meet local investors and business owners! Have a bite to eat, enjoy a beverage, and make some new local connections.
