Two Day Class Running Oct. 5 from 5:30-9:30 and October 6  from 5:30-9:30
In this 8 hour intermediate sewing workshop you will follow a pattern to construct a flattering tiered a-line dress out of cotton twill material. This material allows for the dress to be worn all year round. You will have freedom to choose the length of sleeve, the waistline height and length of overall dress.  Participants will learn to insert a zipper, create ruffles, follow a pattern, alter a pattern, lay out and cut their pieces and construct their garment. Good sewing skills are required for this class.
All materials will be provided for this workshop. We will be following the Mira Dress Pattern from Fibre Mood as pictured above. The pattern is included in the workshop, please visit https://www.fibremood.com to view their other patterns. Brining your own sewing machine is encouraged however we do have sewing machines for participants to use. Further instruction will be provided by email closer to the class date.
