Broken toaster, vacuum cleaner or other small home appliance? Bring it in and see if it is fixable
using soldering irons, multimeters and other tools.
Our Repair Cafe volunteers will demonstrate some simple operating principles of common household items:
– how they should work, and common reasons why they fail, – what we can do about it,
– when does it make sense to repair, and when does it not.
This easy introduction to electronics and small home appliance repair will be a useful evening of DIY learning that you can literally take home.
