With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to start spreading the love… and MAKE chocolate!
Yukonstruct is teaming up with Well Bread Culinary Centre for a special Valentines Day theme workshop!
Join us for two awesome sessions to make your own chocolate mould and learn different techniques of chocolate making!
- Saturday February 9th, 1pm-3pm: Learn how to make your own mould using clay and food-safe silicone. Youwill also learn how you can use your mould to make plastic parts, and how to make larger moulds with a vacuum table.
www.smooth-on.com- Tuesday February 12th, 6pm-8pm: Head over to Well Bread to fill your mould with chocolate, and learn different ways of decorating chocolate or how to dip fruit.
