Beginner Sewing and Reupholstering

In this 3-hour beginner sewing and upholstery workshop you will learn the basics of the

domestic sewing machine including threading the needle, adjusting tension, basic stitches and

helpful tips and tricks. Then you will cut and sew a chair cover.

Next, you will get hands-on experience using your sewing cover to upholster a chair. All supplies

will be provided to cover one chair.

Each participant will go home with a metal framed chair that they have upholstered.

Meet Your Instructor:

Kristen has a passion for creating and teaching. She is an experienced seamstress who loves to

design and sew clothing and home decor.
